In 2020, she joined her partners in LEGAL FOR, continuing to build on the firm’s foundation of trust, transparency, and genuine connection. With over a decade of experience in business consultancy, Alexandra specializes in intellectual property and commercial law, with a particular focus on the DACH region. Drawing on extensive expertise spanning both advisory and contentious matters, Alexandra assists clients in navigating complex legal landscapes across multiple jurisdictions.
Alexandra’s practice encompasses the drafting of legal documents and commercial agreements, the development of tailored IP strategies, and the representation of clients in contentious proceedings before leading administrative bodies, including the European Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the Romanian State Office for Inventions and Trademarks (OSIM), as well as before national courts.
A member of the European Communities Trade Mark Association (ECTA), Alexandra is actively engaged in the broader IP professional community, staying at the forefront of developments in intellectual property law across Europe.

In 2020, she founded Legal For, together with her partners, and within this structure, she develops and implements complex projects for clients operating in various fields, from residential and industrial real estate, renewable energy, and agriculture to manufacturing and transportation, always striving to understand her clients’ businesses in detail in order to meet their needs.
In 2023, Andreea joined the Rotary Club of Timișoara, being actively involved in volunteer projects dedicated to the community in areas such as education and health.

With over ten years of practice across commercial litigation, labor law, and regulatory compliance, he brings a practical, technically literate approach to both dispute resolution and preventative legal work. He started his career at NNDKP (2014 – 2017), where he conducted court files, drafted procedural and corporate documents (legal memos, AGM and employer decisions, commercial contracts), advised on labor, consumer, and EU law matters, and participated in company incorporations and insolvency procedures.
Between 2017 and 2021, he joined Hategan Attorneys, where he led the litigation team and labour law projects: prepared fiscal and insurance litigation for transport and logistics companies, managed debt recovery and insolvency cases, and advised management on commercial, labour, and European law issues.
Since 2021, he has been an attorney with Legal For, while at the same time working as a private consultant for an IT company. Her work focuses on supporting lawyers in analyzing legal provisions and case law, drafting legal documents, and in the procedures for the incorporation and modification of commercial companies. She also manages relations with authorities and courts, ensuring the submission and retrieval of necessary documents in pending cases.
Her professional training includes internships at the Timișoara Court, a notary office, and the Timiș County Prefecture, where she gained a broad perspective on legal work—from administrative litigation and legal control to the analysis of contracts and notarial procedures.
Since 2023, Bianca has also been a certified translator and interpreter for English, specializing in legal sciences. In this capacity, she collaborates with institutions such as the Superior Council of Magistracy, the Ministry of Justice, the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice, the National Anti-Corruption Directorate, courts, notary offices, lawyers, and bailiffs.
