With over 10 years of experience in the field of business consulting, throughout her career, Alexandra has provided specialized legal assistance offering creative solutions in the area of Corporate Commercial, M&A, Private Equity, Tax and Data Protection to many national and international companies active in various fields, such as IT, production, transport and online stores.
Professional experience
Moving from the role of coordinator of M&A and Corporate-Commercial practices (creating legal mechanisms and preparing documentation for transactions of millions of euros), Tax Law (field in which her economic background as a graduate of West University – Faculty of Economics and Business Administration – Finance and Banking Department, has been a real support in achieving a success rate in over 90% of tax disputes) and Data Protection in a law office, to a new role – that of an entrepreneur in legal business through opening her own law firm LEGAL FOR in January 2020, with three other partners, colleagues with whom she formed a team for more than 9 years.
Passionate about data protection, she has held numerous workshops and conferences in various cities in the country as a speaker, she is a permanent author of articles in the Romanian Journal of Data Protection, she obtained the international certification of data protection expert CIPP/E issued by IAPP, and in 2018 initiated the GDPRO project – the largest online platform in Romania of document kits adapted to over 35 areas of activity, designed to implement data protection rules by SMEs and NGOs (www.protectia-datelor-imm.ro).
In 2020, she joined the organizers of Timisoara Legal Hackers, the local chapter of one of the largest international movements for the development of an IT and legal professionals community.

Her over 15 years’ experience in legal consulting as well as in dispute resolution, together with the constant coordination of negotiations and amicable settlements, provide her with a complete perspective over our clients’ needs, the suggested legal strategies being thus oriented towards global and ample legal solutions, in the detriment of specific needs, which often turn out to be insufficient for the client’s whole business or personal perspective.
Professional experience
She started her professional activity before graduating the Law Faculty of the West University of Timisoara, in a multinational non-banking financial institution which she supported be authorized on the Romanian market. She continued her career in one of the most reputed law firms in the western part of the country, where she shortly became a Partner and where she coordinated complex international legal projects, relevant on the Romanian business map.
Sharing the passion for lawyership, devotement for clients and vision on the essence of the lawyer-client relationship, she joined her partners in LEGAL FOR in February 2020, with the purpose of building a distinctive boutique law firm, which combines the rigors of the highest professional standards with a close and open relationship with the client, in which excessive professional formalism is replaced by a human relationship built on complete trust, transparency and professional and human honesty.
The constant interest in professional growth has determined for Ruxandra extended experience in data protection and especially in the pharma legal practice, exclusive area of law in which broad legal creativity may be reflected and implemented.

With an experience of over 7 years in the field of business consultancy and an experience of over 11 years in the field of authorized legal translations, Alexandra identifies creative legal solutions in both German and English, breaking linguistic barriers with foreign clients.
Professional experience
Initially active in the field of legal translations at a law office in Timisoara, Alexandra has discovered her passion for law, took the courses of Law Faculty from the West University in Timisoara and afterwards graduated a post-graduate study at the respectable University Ludwig Maximilian in München. After returning to Romania, she has applied the legal knowledge obtained in Germany, in the field of M&A and Corporate Commercial, Intellectual Property and International Law. As of January 2020 she set-up, along with her partners, LEGAL FOR law firm.
Being passionate and interested in the field of intellectual property, shortly after setting up LEGAL FOR, she joined the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR), organization that facilitates the updating of its members with the latest news in this field.

Between August 2002 and October 2006, she activated as legal consultant in several companies in Timișoara, namely: PWC for Comtim SA – performing legal consultancy linked to the specific activities of a company dealing with the insolvency procedure, Local Transport Authority – performing legal consultancy for recovery of debts and being a member of the public procurement commission, UMT S.A. – one of the biggest companies located in Timișoara active in the field of metal constructions, cranes construction, mining equipment and elevating equipment, where she was the Head of the Legal department, coordinating the entire legal activity.
As of October 2006 she is a lawyer registered in the Timis Bar.
From 2006 to 2018, she collaborated with a law office, were she became Partner in 2010 and coordinated the Labor, the Renewable Energy Department (which she created and developed) and also the Litigation Division.
Since January 2020, she is Partner of LEGAL FOR.
Andreea is independent external expert of European Commission, in Environmental field and Renewables, for program HORIZON 2000, Program for research and innovation. In this quality, she is appointed as external expert to assist in the evaluation of grant applications, projects and tenders, and to provide opinions and advice in specific cases.
Also, between 2012 – 2015, she participated as a speaker every year at the Conference organized by RENERCO in Arad, in the field of renewable energy and published various articles and opinions in The Diplomat magazine.
