Being as actively involved as possible during the fiscal control procedure, by providing documents and explanations, often results in the avoidance of sanctions. However, even in situations where unfavorable tax decisions are issued to our clients or precautionary measures are applied by tax authorities, we manage to find the solutions needed for avoiding a blockage in the activity by suspending the effects of tax rulings and challenging them with success in the preliminary stage or before the courts of law.

The most important projects from this year:
- Assisting the Romanian branch of a German company active in the field of enmgineering, in the fiscal verification stage, for not establishing outstanding amounts through the taxation decision
- Challenge of tax decisions regarding the transfer pricing matter, in relation to the prices applied within a group of companies active in the IT field
- Assisting one of the largest transporters in Hunedoara county in the procedure of suspending the execution of a taxation decision and contesting before the court the amount indicated in that decision, of over 6 million lei
- Assisting the Romanian subsidiary of one of the largest foundries in Germany, during the fiscal control procedure, by drawing up responses to the draft of tax report and to the minutes issued by the authority, efforts based on which the amount proposed as debt was reduced from over 1,600,000 lei to 200 thousand lei, the preparation and submission of the appeal to the tax decisions
- Providing consultancy in order to establish the fiscal strategy for a group of companies active in the field of customized software solutions, that provide intragroup services as well as to third party beneficiaries
