Labor law

The labor market is permanently changing as effect of IoT implementation, the requests of new generations of workers, and so the states are forced to keep up with the VUCA world.

In this context, we are close to our clients and provide them with the necessary support in order to ensure an efficient and legal implementation of the labour legislation, both at collective level (by drafting and negotiating collective labor contracts, internal regulation, internal procedures, tele-working etc.), as well as at individual level (by drafting individual labor contracts, participating in individual negotiations, offering support in particular exit procedures etc.), in order to find a balance between the company’s interests and those of the workers.

In addition, we helped our clients in bringing work force from Asian market, in order to cover the current deficit of the work force from Romania.

The most important projects from this year:

  • Assisting a Romanian subsidiary of a Belgium company active in the high-end furniture production field, in collective and individual labor procedures and in implementation of all the labor processes on a daily basis
  • Assisting a Romanian subsidiary of a German company, active in software creation field, by implementing labor procedures (collective and individual) as well as the tell-working processes, offering ongoing legal consultancy
  • Assisting a Romanian subsidiary of a German company activating in furniture field, in collective and individual labor procedures and adapting the internal processes to those applicable at the group level
  • Assisting a Romanian client in the import of work force procedures
  • Assisting an IT start-up in the implementation of labor law, from the first employment, the establishment of the internal regulations and related policies, to dismissals
  • Preparing the tele-working policies and documents necessary to ensure the confidentiality of employees, in case of an IT start-up that develops customized software solutions
  • Offering consultancy and assistance in negotiation, as well as drafting the related documents, for a Swiss client active in the field of engineering, within the procedure of termination of the collaboration had with the company’s CEO
  • Revizing and modifying labor law documents in the case of the subsidiary from Mureș County of an important German transporter
